Jennifer Moreland Van Paepeghem has been a lifelong resident of Westerville for over 50 years.

She attended Westerville Schools and the Ohio State University. She worked with her dad in their family business for many years and has been in the dental field where she worked for an orthodontist and currently working in an endodontics office in Westerville.

Jennifer is very caring and attentive to her clients. She loves helping her clients find their dream home. She is very familiar with the Westerville and surrounding areas.

When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys being with her family. They love to vacation on Siesta Key Beach. She has been married for over 18 years to her husband, Jude and they have a daughter, Carolyn, that goes to Westerville Central High School. She loves to watch Carolyn cheer and play lacrosse for the Warhawks. Jennifer also has three golden retrievers, Josi, Mosley and Faith. Along with loving her family and dogs, she also enjoys cooking, yoga and sitting on her patio with her mom.

Lindsey Bagby is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a degree from the Fisher College of Business in marketing. She also attended the Hondros school of business to obtain her real estate license. Lindsey was born and raised in Westerville where she currently lives.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Lindsey helped build and grow her family's business in franchising restaurants. She is very familiar with Columbus and its surrounding areas, as the family business is spread all over the city! This has helped her master customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys her family and the great outdoors. Her children attend WNHS and Robert Frost where she and her family are active in all the activities the schools have to offer. They enjoy going to parks and the pool. It is her goal to make your new home as comfortable as her own. Morgan Shawver is a graduate of Ohio University with a double bachelors degree in Marketing and Early Childhood Education. She also received a minor in social media, so many ask what CAN'T she do? Lucky enough, Real Estate is a happy medium where she can utilize both degrees to work towards becoming the best Real Estate agent she possibly can. She was born and raised Westerville, Ohio and is very familiar with every part of the Columbus area.

When not working with her Real Estate, she enjoys traveling to the beach, working out, utilizing her Level 1 Coaching Crossfit License, being with her friends and family and acting as the head Cheerleading Coach at Blendon Middle School for 7th and 8th graders. Morgan worked at Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club as their Director of Marketing in Powell, Ohio before finding her passion with Real Estate. Morgan's easy going and friendly nature will make you feel at ease while she takes into account all of your needs, concerns and questions in a swift and timely manner.

Dixie Lundquist is a 42 year Westerville Resident with her Bachelors and Masters degree from The Ohio State University. She knows the Central Ohio area better than most and would love to share her knowledge with you.
